PRM靶向蛋白质组学
PRM(平行反应监测,parallel reaction monitoring)是一种基于LC-M S/MS的蛋白质靶向分析技术。相较于需要预先准备无干扰的碎片离子的传统选择反应监测 (SRM),PRM监测二级质谱中的所有碎片离子,正得到越来越广泛的应用。通过目标肽段或修饰肽段的预先设定的靶向选择性检测,可获得高灵敏和高准确的相对或绝对定量分析。
